How institutional supply differs
Institutional buying in the Gulf is tender-driven and annual. The specification matters more than the brand, the documentation is scrutinised, and the contract usually runs to a fixed price for twelve months. What that means in practice:
- Institutional pack sizes — 5 L and 20 L concentrates, bulk refills, and dispensing systems rather than retail units.
- Documentation per consignment — certificates of analysis, safety data sheets and batch traceability, supplied as standard.
- Fixed annual pricing, with the volume commitment written into the contract.
- Scheduled delivery to multiple sites, coordinated with the territory distributor for that market.
- Product training for housekeeping and maintenance teams, in English and the working languages of the site.
Where the demand concentrates
Institutional volume in the Gulf clusters in places you can name. Makkah and Madinah carry an enormous pilgrimage hotel estate. Jubail, Yanbu, Ras Laffan, Mesaieed, Sohar and Shuaiba run closed contractor camps at scale. Dubai, Doha and Manama concentrate hospitality. NEOM, Lusail and Duqm are adding camps quarter by quarter.
How to enquire
Tell us the sites, the categories and the annual volume, and we will route the enquiry to the territory partner for that market or handle it regionally where it spans several. Tenders with a submission deadline should reach us with at least two weeks' notice so the documentation is complete rather than rushed.
