What this site is

An information and application site for Dutch & Habro Middle East. It is not a shop: nothing is sold here, no prices are transacted, and submitting an application creates no contract of any kind.

Applications create no obligation

Submitting a distributor application is an expression of interest. It does not appoint you, reserve a territory, or oblige us to appoint anyone. A distributorship exists only once a written distribution agreement is signed by both parties.

Accuracy

We take care over the market, regulatory and investment information published here, but conditions change and none of it is a warranty. Investment figures are indicative entry bands, not quotations. Regulatory notes are orientation, not legal advice.

Intellectual property

The brands, logos, product names, text and images on this site belong to Dutch & Habro or its licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Your submissions

You confirm that the information you submit is true and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of any company you name. Submitting false trade licence, tax or capacity information is grounds for rejecting an application outright.

Liability

We are not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of information published on this site. Use of the site is at your own risk. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
