Made to pass
GCC inspection

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 manufacturing, GSO-conformant formulation and Arabic-compliant labelling — because a shipment that clears customs is worth more than one that does not.

In short Dutch & Habro products are made in ISO 9001 (certified 2005) and ISO 14001 facilities, with formulations developed in partnership with European laboratories, and are formulated to GSO standards for GCC markets, with Arabic-compliant labelling and full technical dossiers supplied to distributors for product registration. Batch records, safety data sheets and certificates of analysis are available for every consignment.

Certification and standards

  • ISO 9001 quality management, certified since 2005, documented across formulation, filling and packing.
  • ISO 14001 environmental management, with every new formulation assessed against environmental and human-safety criteria and no internationally banned or restricted substances in the range.
  • GSO standards — the GCC Standardization Organization specifications adopted across all six markets, covering composition, labelling and safety marking.
  • Certificates of analysis per batch, and safety data sheets in the format required for import clearance.
  • Registration dossiers — composition, efficacy and toxicology documentation prepared for the authority in each market.

What a distributor receives

Product registration in the GCC is the distributor's filing, but it is our documentation. We supply the technical dossier, test reports, safety data sheets and Arabic-compliant artwork, and we support the submission — the most common reason a first import stalls is an incomplete dossier, and that is avoidable.

Orientation, not legal advice. Registration routes and responsible authorities change, and classification differs by product type. Confirm the current position for your specific range with the authority or a licensed regulatory consultant before ordering stock. We will supply whatever documentation the submission requires.

Labelling and language

Arabic labelling is mandatory on consumer packs across all six GCC markets and is actively enforced. Artwork for each market carries the required Arabic text, hazard marking, batch and expiry coding, and the importer details in the format the authority expects. Where a market needs a variant — a different responsible-party line, a different warning format — that variant is produced rather than a sticker applied over the original.

Storage and handling

Most of the range is ambient-stable and needs no special handling. Aerosols are the exception: they require compliant storage with proper separation, and warehouse licensing for them is worth settling before the first container is booked rather than after it arrives. Our onboarding covers the storage specification for each format in the range.
